Usually I eat almost everything with rekesalat on the sides. But I like all of the Norwegian foods from brunost and to almost anything I can get my hands on and try.

I like lutefisk, rakfisk and ribbe but I have problems with pinnekjøtt.

I am sure you had a wonderful julebord…
