(I write about it in my book too.) We decorated eggs as well, but yours are humungous and so colorful. I enlarged one of the pics to see and you're right, they're superb. The cold air is part of Easter here too, as the Spring has just begun. The hotdogs you speak of we call "pigs in a blanket." Did you know? I'm laughing. What a funny name.
